Process Measurement, Reading Engineering Drawings and Instrumentation Devices
10 days · English or French · Canada or Dubai
This course is designed to give a practical introduction and overview of the basic principles of process measurement, reading engineering drawings and field Instrument devices used in petrochemical industries. It is a hands-on workshop and participants will have the opportunity to explore the set-up and measurement of process variables and use simulation software for troubleshooting.Participants will also learn how to read and interpret engineering drawings used in power and petrochemical plants. Whilst suitable for new graduates/formen who require a practical introduction to measurement and control systems on process plant, it is also valuable to anyone working in process industries who would like to understand the techniques used in measurement and control and who have not had the opportunity to learn about them before, or who would like a good solid refresher
Typical audience
I&C engineers, technicians and maintenance personnel
